As a social stability risk assessmen∞>₽♥t expert engaged by the Gλ<uangzhou Municipal Political ®δand Legal Committee, Mr. '®€Liao Xinzhi participaΩ♥<ted in the social stabili&®★<ty risk assessment and a ₩×nalysis meeting of the expropria±•tion and compensation of houses ★> λon state-owned land of the Gu♥↓$angzhou railway line 8 north exte★‍♣nsion project on December 29, 2023 (her≥λ↔♣einafter referred to asεσ the “Project”). 

At the meeting, Mr. Liao, with his r‌↑™↓ich legal practice experience and prof¶∞πεound legal knowledge, as™>×∏sessed the overall risk le±☆×vel of the Project and pointeβ↑≈↓d out that in practice, the “scope​£↑↔ of expropriation” and “expropriation < >↑compensation (resettlem₽•ent) ” are the most c<∞ontroversial parts in the Project, whi≈× βch are most likely to cause social proφσblems. It was suggested that±' a more detailed and pr≥₽←©actical project plans sh₽₩‌ould be formulated, so that the expecteσ>d risks of the Project co₽←♣βuld be controlled asσ• much as possible.

This Project risk assessment and λ<  analysis meeting is ↔↑↓↕of great significance in guiding the i∞‌mplementation of the P ÷roject. It is be∞'lieved that after the implementation of≠£₽ effective risk prevention a ↕€∑nd mitigation measures, the Pr→​oject will be better able to move f™£orward steadily under the premiseγ↔ of safeguarding social stabilitβ y.
